Storage & Serving
Our cakes are best enjoyed on the day of purchase at room temperature. If serving the following day, store in the refrigerator overnight and allow sufficient time for the cake to return to room temperature before serving.

Keep roulades and tarts refrigerated.

Outdoor Events
For celebrations held outdoors in spring or summer, keep the cake out of direct sunlight. Please note that warmer weather may affect the cake’s texture and finish.
